Booking, payments & cancellations
+How does booking work?
Search, pick an offer, choose your date and details, then pay a small deposit online. Instant-book centres confirm immediately; others confirm within a few hours. You settle the remaining balance directly at the dive centre.
+What is the deposit?
You pay a 10% deposit online to secure your booking. The rest is paid at the dive centre by cash or card, per your chosen preference.
+Can I cancel?
Your voucher shows the cancellation deadline. Cancellations made in good time are refundable; late cancellations and no-shows may not be, subject to each dive centre's policy.
+What about my certification?
When you book certified diving you tell us your qualification level, and we only show offers you're eligible for. You confirm your details with a truth statement at checkout.
+Meeting point and pickup?
Most offers include transfer from your accommodation. You provide your stay location during booking so the dive centre can arrange pickup.
